Not possible

Two things happened on Sunday that just aren't possible. First I found out the my older brother is getting married. I just can't believe that there is someone out there who want to marry my weirdo brother but apparently they've only been dating for 2 months and she hasn't yet seen the angry side of him. Lets hope that she never sees it. For some reason they need to get married in a month (and I asked, she is not pregnant) and we are all expected to be there. Unfortunately the wedding date is set for my moving day so unless it changes I won't have to attend the blessed event.

The second thing that happened on Sunday was that a giant rainbow appeared in the sky over Hillsboro. It was the first full rainbow that I'd ever seen. Jim and I almost got in an accident trying to take pictures of it. I couldn't get the whole thing in one shot so I put 2 photos together for your viewing pleasure.

Finally

After living in Oregon for a total of 2.5 years, I've finally made it to Seattle! The weatherman was finally right and Saturday was a beautiful sunny day. We walk around the Space Needle and then spent most of the rest of the day a Pike's Place Mrket. I got to see the guys throwing fish, ate some really good mini donuts, and bought a couple of dried flower arrangements (cheap!) for the new house. It was a long day but definitly worth the trip.
